So an affordable place to visit Tokyo.

  這是一個地理位置極佳的好住宿，南北各有一個距離很近的地鐵站及超市，也有藥妝店和便利商店，無論是採購日常用品還是外出旅行都十分方便。房子位於一個寧靜的住宅區，但不會太偏僻，晚上路燈很明亮，即使很晚回來也不用擔心。房間十分寬敞，有餐廳、客廳和臥室，廁所和浴室是分開的，浴室有乾濕分離，十分方便。餐廳有一張大桌子，可以擺放許多東西，還有餐盤、茶杯、碗、刀子、熱水壺等工具。客廳有電視，但沒有沙發，不過這沒關係，我們出國旅行通常不會去看電視。臥室有一張舒適的大床，還有上下舖，應該可以睡到8人，但我們覺得3~6人入住會比較舒適。廁所有免治馬桶，但只有一間，浴室同樣只有一間，洗衣機是一般大小，所以如果超過6人入住，洗衣服和洗澡、上廁所會比較花時間。浴室有乾燥器，還有曬衣桿，這點非常好，即使是下雨天，衣服也能輕鬆晾乾。出入的玄關和電梯比較小，進出的時候最好排個隊，依序進房才不會塞在門口。房源附近就有大型垃圾箱，丟垃圾十分方便，不過引導手冊並沒有說明這點，如果Akiko小姐能在手冊裡增加說明會更好。第一天入住還有寄放行李的服務，還會幫忙將行李送進房間，是很棒的服務，當然，這要收一點費用，但不貴。房間有高速WIFI，不是攜帶型的，所以只能在房間內使用，外出旅行還是要自備網路。另外，Akiko小姐是個親切、友善而且會積極處理問題的好房東，我們非常感謝Akiko小姐提供我們這麼好的一間住所，並在我們入住期間提供許多幫助以及充分的日用品，我們這次住了14天之久，這房間感覺就像家一樣。將來如果還有機會走訪東京，我們會再將這間房間列入優先選擇。

We loved the bathroom, which had good heating to dry our clothing and great water pressure. The only drawback was the very small lift and lobby, which was a bit of a squeeze for us with our luggage.

Akiko was very responsive, and when we informed her that there was not enough laundry detergent, there was a refill waiting for us outside the door by the end of the day.

  Excellent appartement cependant je le recommanderais pour des familles ou des couples étant donné la chambre commune. De plus les recommendations du propriétaires sont excellentes.

  The hotel was fine. We didn't have any issues during our stay. The Famicom and Netflix for free on the TV were great additions.
