What is your cancellation policy?

100% cancellation charge will be charged from 5 days in advance.

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms or in front of our building, but allowed only on the balcony of each room.

 Is the early check-in possible?

We do not accept early check-in, but you can store your luggage at the cafe on the first floor (large 300 yen, small 100 yen).

13minutes walk from Ueno station. Taxi ride is easy way from Ueno station.

We do not have a parking. Please use the public toll parking nearby, there are several.
Prices vary and tend to be cheaper on holidays.
